Nick took all that I wanted in a home, put together a set of listings, coordinated walkthroughs, appointments, the whole nine yards. He made the entire process so easy that the most difficult part was just driving to various appointments as part of the process. Matthew spent as much as needed to explain concepts clearly and concisely, staying as last as 7pm one night. He also made sure he meant everything he said and all the documentation was accurate. He always responds within 24 hours, usually less and brings up important things even after closing like making sure new locks are in place.
