Matt worked diligently with settling the estate for my sister along with a local attorney...he was immediately responsive to any of my questions and handled all the details in a professional manner...he also helped sell my sister's car.....I could not have been more impressed with how he helped me during a very difficult time...I live out of state and Matt made sure all of the issues handling the estate were done in a timely manner...I can honestly recommend Matt for any real estate issues you have...I would give him more than the 5 star rating if I could....he is remarkable....communication was exceptional...what a guy....
